Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using indoorpickleballvenues.com (the “Site”) operated by IndoorPickleballVenues.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site is a free directory of indoor pickleball venues across the United States. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to find indoor pickleball facilities.

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Reproduce or republish venue listings or Site content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information

2. Accuracy of Venue Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of venue listings, including court counts, pricing, hours, and amenities. However, venue information may change without notice. We strongly recommend confirming details directly with the venue before visiting.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or expense resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete venue information.

3. User Submissions

You may submit venue corrections, new venue suggestions, or other content through our forms (“User Submissions”). By submitting content, you:

  • Represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate your submission into the Site
  • Agree that we may edit, modify, or decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion

We are not obligated to publish, act on, or respond to any submission.

4. Venue Owner Rights

If you are a venue owner or authorized representative and wish to:

  • Update or correct your listing
  • Add additional information about your facility
  • Request removal of your listing

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to IndoorPickleballVenues.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Venue names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of IndoorPickleballVenues.com.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites including venue websites, booking platforms, and Google Maps. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any venue listing or other content on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDOORPICKLEBALLVENUES.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndoorPickleballVenues.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
